I had joined at lock down yoga is nt new for me before lock down also i learn but but the way am understanding the small techniques wit the Sir Rakeshgiri is some different experience level the enthusiasm the energy which we get while doing yoga wit Sir the way he guide for Pranayam & meditation is really helping me in my life in many ways the breathing techniques where to hold, how long to hold, inhale n exhale I hd nt learn anywhere even Komal ma'am teach us is too good.
